Okay wow! March is finally coming and I’m so ready. Spring is starting which means new nail designs obviously. Have you noticed all the green everywhere? St. Patrick’s Day is coming up too. My Instagram feed is full of pretty nails right now! Pastels are having a moment. Flowers are everywhere. I literally can’t stop looking at nail inspo pics.
Some of these designs are super easy. Others take more time but look amazing! You can go classic with French tips. Or get wild with flowers and stuff. Green is obviously the main color for March. But pinks and blues and purples work too! Let me show you all the pretty designs I found.
Green Tips with Pink Florals

This design makes me happy. The tips are green which feels fresh. Pink flowers sit on top and look really feminine! It seems hard but it’s not that bad actually. Choose a very fresh, light green color, that’s the trick. Then you add flowers with a dotting tool or ideally a fine detail brush after. Super cute for spring!
Mint French with Leaves

Okay so mint green is softer than white. The french tips look really nice this way! Same color leaves make it more spring-apropriate. You can use a base color with just a hint of gold shimmer to make it fancier! Or just use gold polish to add some tiny shiny details. Either way works fine, I think.
Lucky Clover Nails

St. Patrick’s Day is coming up. These clovers are perfect for that! The neutral base keeps it simple. I paint clovers with a tiny brush. They don’t need to be perfect at all. Wonky clovers still look good, trust me!
Pastel Grid & Blooms

I’m getting spring vibes from this one, that’s for sure. The super light green base is soft and pretty. White grid lines go on top. Pink flowers are scattered around on a few accent nails! It’s geometric and floral at the same time which is so cool. I like when designs mix different styles like this.
Olive French with Color Dots

Olive green is so pretty on nails. It looks fun and sophisticated at the same time somehow? Adding colorful dots to the tips makes it even better. This works for any event really.
Rainbow Daisy Dreams

This one is very simple! Yellow, pink, and mint daisies cover each nail. It makes me smile just looking at it. The flowers they turn out really cheerful and cute with their colorful centers! Don’t mind a little pink blob, sometimes mistakes happen and you don’t even notice, because you’re already 1 hour late to a party, lol. We’re all human, what can you do.
Glitter Garden Tips

Short nails can be just as pretty. The green glitter sparkles at the tips. White flowers with green leaves and gold accents make it look classy! This is good if you use your hands a lot for work. Short nails are way easier to deal with than long ones, but doesn’t mean they don’t need some beautiful nail art!
Spring Sunset Florals

Pastel yellow tips look like a perfect warm weather design to me. Pink flowers with dark green leaves sit beautifully on top of that. The colors work really well together! It’s warm but also fresh somehow.
Sage Shimmer Ombre

Simple designs are the best sometimes. This sage green fades into shimmer. It looks so smooth and calm! If you’re new to ombre nails try using a makeup sponge. That helps blend everything together better.
Shimmer & Pastel Flowers

The shimmer base is neutral colored. Mint and pink daisies pop against it! It feels really delicate and pretty. Not too crazy or anything. Good for when you want something nice but lowkey.
Botanical French Tips

French tips are classic right? But these have white flowers and green leaves painted on them, making it a perfect March nail design. The leaves are a deep green color. It symbolizes spring, but also works for St. Patrick’s day! I really like this fresh vibe a lot.
Funky Green Swirls

All green but add funky swirls. Dark swirl lines create depth and dimension! Sometimes one color family is enough. Playing with patterns makes it interesting. Plus you don’t have to match colors this way.
Garden Party Nails

These are a bit like a garden party! Green leaves, white flowers, and pink tips all together! There’s a lot happening here. But somehow it doesn’t look messy. I’d wear these to a wedding for sure!
Soft Green French Mani

Another cute French tip design. This green shade is really soft though. Looks different enough, but still very versatile. It looks effortless too. We love.
Pastel Swirl Stripes

These diagonal stripes are so fun. Pink, yellow, and mint all swirled together! Reminds me of old candy stripes. But more modern looking. Striping tape helps if you want clean lines. Or just paint freehand if you feel brave.
Lavender & Shamrocks

March nails don’t have to be only green. Lavender French tips with shamrocks look amazing! White daisies are there too. It still feels seasonal but different. I like when people try new color combos!
Gold Leaf Accent Nails

Gold botanical leaves on milky white sheer base. Green accents go with them. This looks really elegant and expensive! It’s actually not that hard to do though. Gold foil works great for this, or just use a shimmery gold polish if you have it. Don’t add too much though – less is more with this one.
Delicate Botanical Art

Super simple and chic here. Just some green leaves on nude nails. It’s minimalist but has personality! Perfect for work because it looks put-together. But still interesting enough to look at.
Blue Flower French Tips

Not everything needs to be green in March. Light blue french tips with blue flowers! The monochrome blue thing is really calming. Still feels like spring without being obvious about it.
Pink Flower Pop Against Green

Short nails with a pink flower on them. Mint green base has stripes too! Fun! That large flower accent is really cute.
Pastel Daisy Field

This looks like walking through flowers. All those pastel daisies in different colors! The shimmery neutral base is dreamy. Each daisy takes time to paint, but the result is really beautiful, so it’s worth it.
Mint Shamrock Vibes

Mint colored shamrocks and clovers on nude. Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day! Way better than just solid green nails I think. Make the shamrocks different sizes. That makes it look more natural and fun.
Pink French Garden

Pink French tips instead of white. The flowers are kind of artsy and green leaves or stems accompany them! It’s romantic and fresh together. The pink and green contrast really catches your eye. I love this combo so much.
Wavy Pastel Dreams

Purple, pink, and green colors with white wavy swirls. It’s like art on your nails, literally! The wave lines need a steady hand. Or just let them be imperfect. That gives it a more organic look anyway which is also cool!
Swirls & Daisies

Green swirls and white daisies on nude. This is really pretty and balanced! The swirls add movement to it. Daisies keep it grounded, I guess? There’s a lot going on but it’s not too much somehow.
Glitter French Garden

Short nails again! Green glitter french tips look extra chic and sparkly. White flower petals, green leaves, and tiny gold details finish it. It’s feminine but practical for everyday! I like designs that are pretty but don’t get in the way.
Starry Green Ombre

Green to pastel pink ombre with silver star studs. Honestly, I’m in love with this design. This gives me cosmos AND watermelon vibes, but somehow it works! The stars add some bling. But not too much bling. The ombre fade is so smooth. It’s edgier than the flower designs but still fresh feeling.
Olive Ombre French

Olive green ombre french tip is different and kinda playful. I keep coming back to olive because it’s sophisticated! The ombre makes your nails look longer too. That’s always nice to have happen.
Sage & Gold Botanical

Sage green tips with gold botanical leaves. This is classy and elegant! It has that expensive look to it. The gold really makes the whole design feel special. Perfect way to finish this list!
