Spring and pink nails! What could possibly be better? I mean pink is always classic, but lately, since spring is approaching and I’m craving pastel colors, I’ve been totally into creating different types of pink nail designs. When the weather warms up, there’s nothing quite like having your nails look as fresh and fun as possible. And isn’t that the main idea behind spring nails?!
I guess you could say there are lots and lots of cute pink nail designs, and I’m going to give you an example of each type of design I’ve created (and loved!) below. There are floral ones, there are ones with patterns, and even some that are simply beautiful shades of pink. Although pink is great any time of the year, there’s something about the color in the spring that makes it even more exciting, maybe it has to do with sipping iced coffee, or maybe it’s taking pictures with the flowers that are finally blooming.
1. Strawberry French Tips
French tips with strawberries! How cute?! Cottagecore is my thing and these match perfectly with that style. Every time I look at the strawberry design on my nails, I smile. Who wouldn’t want to add a little whimsy to their classic French tip design with a strawberry?!
2. Bright Pink Checkered Accent
If you’re like me and adore bright pink, then you’ll love how bold the accent nail looks in this design! With the almond-shaped nail shape, your fingers will appear longer than usual and the checkered pattern really pops off the solid-colored background! Not too much going on with this design, but just enough interest to keep things fun!
3. Dusty Mauve Daisies
Dusty mauve is my absolute favorite spring color EVER! It’s not super bright, but to me it screams SPRING! The addition of white daisies on one of the nails adds such a sweet touch. These remind me of a trip to the garden! The almond-shaped nail is so elegant for whatever occasion you choose to wear them!
4. Neutral and Hot Pink Florals
Here we have a combination of nude pink as the base color and hot pink flowers on some of the other nails. To me, it’s the best of both worlds, calm and bold at the same time! The nude doesn’t distract from the flowers, either, it creates a beautiful balance!
5. Pink and Burgundy Ombre Florals
The ombre effect in this design is gorgeous, it fades from pink to burgundy. The flowers on top add a touch of romance to this already-stunning design. The colors blend together smoothly. I find that anything that has an almond-shaped nail automatically becomes fancier-looking, anyway!
6. Gingham Strawberry Cuties
Gingham is EVERYWHERE right now! I did gingham in pink with strawberries on my nails, and I couldn’t help but think of picnics! Trendy gingham pattern + cute strawberries = cutest nails EVER! Plus, who doesn’t love nails that put a smile on your face?!
7. Soft Flower Gradual Tips
Super soft and elegantt! The gradient of the tips go to neutral base! These have a special quality to them due to the soft shades blending perfectly together. People ALWAYS notice these nails, great for weddings or other fancy events during the spring!
8. Classic Pink & White Daisies
Simple, yet oh-so-great! Pink with white daisies. A simple design like this can be SO effective. The almond-shaped nail gives this design a sophisticated and mature look. Young and fresh daisies bring this down-to-earth feel to this design. You don’t always need a million details to make your nails stand out!
9. Textured Ombre Blooms
Ombre-effect in pink to white. The flowers have a textured element to them that you can FEEL! The light catches the flowers in such a unique way! Soft and romantic, yet still eye-catching. That’s what I call a winning combination!
10. Polka Dots & Hearts
Polka dots AND HEARTS?! Too cute for words! These are perfect for when you want to show off your playful side! The almond-shaped nail helps tone down the overwhelming-ness of polka dots and hearts. I never thought I’d say this, but mixing patterns can be cool…like this!
11. Pink & Mint Green Tips
Pink and mint green tips! Rarely does anyone combine these two colors. I LOVE this combo! The earthiness of the sage green brings a modern twist to spring nail art. I dig it!
12. French Tips w/ Gold Daisy Accents
Gold accents on French tips with daisies! Make your nails look like diamonds! These are posh and still very spring-fresh!
13. Yellow Florals with Gold Centers
Yellow flowers on a pink base with gold centers! Sunny! Yellow is sunshine and makes everything brighter. Those teeny-tiny gold centers are my fave part of this design!
14. Soft Pink Delicate Branches
Flower branches painted on look like ART! Elegant for a garden party! The branches look like they’re growing naturally on your nails. It’s like the flowers are just chillin’ on your nails!
15. Minimal Daisy Tips
Soft pink daisies JUST ON THE TIPS OF YOUR NAILS. Not busy at all! A polish finish on the almond-shaped nail is classy and timeless. Less is often MORE!
16. Pink Petals on French Tips
White French tips FIRST, then pink petals! GOLD accents too! The petals look like WATERCOLOR! The gold accents make the entire design feel high-end!
17. Outlined Floral French Tips
Pink OUTLINED FLOWERS on white French tips! Very modern and clean! Filled-in flowers aren’t the only option! These outlined flowers feel new and fresh!
18. Dusty Pink Daisy Accents
Dusty pink again, this time with daisy accents on some of the nails. This color pairs well with almost EVERYTHING I own! Perfect for daily use! These nails are low-key but high-style, and you won’t get tired of them because they’re versatile!
19. Nude Pink Floral Branches
You can still do pretty flower branch designs on SHORT OVAL NAILS! Not everyone wants long nails! Short nails can also be STUNNING!
20. Soft Pink Glossy Stilettos
This is it, the simplest design of all! Glossy soft pink stilettos! No art necessary! The shape alone is dramatic! That glossy finish is slick! Soft pink doesn’t overwhelm, it’s the perfect amount of drama!
